The Challenge.

The opening FREESIA Challenge is simple.
Create a 100% Organic Hand-Tied Bouquet.

With emphasis on 100% Organic Material use & Design Aesthetics. We are looking for creative and innovative uses of all Botanical and other organic material and supplies, your design aesthetics and composition, and the ease of compostability at the end of the bouquet’s life cycle. Along with your design photos, you will also be expected to provide and Sustainability Statement on your design, as well as a complete list of botanicals and supplies used.

Who Can Enter?

Anyone interested in or up to the challenge of thinking of designing sustainably. The Challenge is 100% Free to Join, and we have some great opportunities and prizes for our finalists, with winners being announced on our April 22nd Awards Livestream.

When is the Deadline?

Submissions will be accepted starting today (March 1st) until the Thursday, April 12th (11:59PM PST) deadline.

Are there Prizes?

Yes! Our 1st place Winners of each challenge will win a Paid Speaking Opportunity at this fall’s virtual FREESIA Summit ($1500 USD Speaker Fee), alongside confirmed speakers such as Susan McLeary, Shane Connolly, Gregor Lersch, Hitomi Gilliam, & more to be announced soon!

Additionally, finalists of each challenge will receive Full Registration to the 3-day FREESIA Summit as well ($199 Value).

Finalists will also receive our FREESIA Challenge Medal of Recognition, mailed to each finalist at the conclusion of each individual challenge.
